Are you an experienced ceramic artist who needs space and studio access but not the instruction? We’re thrilled to be able to offer both full and partial memberships, starting in September of 2025!

Memberships are monthly and spots are limited — plus, all members are required to first complete a semester class with us so you can get to know our studio, tools, and processes before applying.

Terms & Conditions:

You must first take a semester class with us before applying for any membership.

Memberships are on an application basis due to the limited amount.

You must be able to work independently. Instruction is not available with a membership. 

Artists who create large work that takes up more than average room in the kiln may be subject to additional firing fees.

Our studio can not support production-level pottery. 

Lore Ceramics will do their best, always, to ensure successful firings, but some things are in the hands of the kiln gods. We reserve no responsibility relating to loss of income if pieces are damaged during firing. 

Members choosing not to use our studio glazes must have their glazes approved before firing. 

Damage to the kiln or kiln shelves from pieces inadequately formed or glazed may result in members being charged for the cost of repair/ replacement. 

You must purchase your clay (WC-607 or studio reclaim) from us.

Must be 18+ and an advanced ceramic artist able to work independently, without instruction.
