Refunds

One-Time Classes: Over 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, no refund possible. 

Semester Classes/ Memberships: 

• 14+ days before class: Full refund

• 7–14 days: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days: No refund

Registrations cannot be transferred to another semester.

Retail Refunds

Due to the fragile nature of shipping pottery, we only accept in-store returns. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
