Our classes are designed to provide step-by-step instruction suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced ceramic artists seeking fresh ideas and challenges. We will demonstrate best practices for working with clay and glazes, assist you in bringing your creative concepts to fruition, and encourage you to freely experiment and explore on your own.

Which one is right for you?

One Time Throwdowns - A fun time to learn how to throw on the wheel in a single 2-hour session. Pick your favorite piece for us to glaze and finish for you. A fun night out for groups and families! Must be 16+.

Semester Classes

8 Week Mixed Level - A mixed-level class for both beginners and experienced ceramicists. Learn the fundamentals of working with clay, including wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques as well as more advanced sculpting and decorating techniques. We encourage students to bring in their own ideas and support artists to work independently if they prefer. This is primarily a student led class. We are here to instruct you on exactly what you want to learn (even if that’s everything).

Workshops - One-day specialty workshops are a deep dive into a specific skill or technique you may be interested in learning more about. Workshops will open for current studio members first, and then to the general public. Certain workshops may require you to bring work either fired or unfired.

Workshops are usually held over the weekend and will vary by time and price depending on the content.

Memberships - Are you an experienced ceramic artist who needs space and studio access but not the instruction? We’re thrilled to soon be able to offer memberships. Please Note: We cannot support production level pottery.

All members will first need to enroll in an 8 week class to get to know us and the studio processes.
